I've been writing and designing professionally for over ten years, and even longer leisurely. My specialties are UX writing and content design, information architecture, and strategic communication. I enjoy building systems, platforms, and foundations, as well as solving for privacy and humanitarian issues.

I take a content-first approach, beginning with strategy, key messages, and information flow. Next, I collaborate with partners and stakeholders to create the full experience.
